Food was okay. The menu makes it look like it’s some high end fusion but it’s just another Punjabi restaurant with a few other things squeezed into places they don’t belong. My greatest disappointment was with the service. Very poor. First they don’t take reservations. That’s okay as I was there right when they opened and got a table right away. After we placed the order for starters we asked the server to get that order going and in the mean time will be decide the main course. The server just won’t move. He wanted us to place the order right away. Which we gave in. Also I was there with a female friend. The staff wasn’t rude to me but was weird, kept on only talking to the lady on the table. This was WEIRD. I couldn’t even hear what was the server asking her. Food wasn’t bad but I won’t call it anything out of the ordinary. When we were done they server brought the check. And even before I could see it he tell me we have a few people waiting so please leave. I was shocked. I was thinking about getting dessert but before I could even think of it i was in all practical sense kicked out. After playing a Rs 2000 Bill for a table for two, if you can’t have patience for 10 minutes you should also keep your restaurant a secret. No body needs to know where it is. The 1 star is for the okay food. If it was for service I would have given a -5. At first there was no music and then the music was loud as hell. We couldn’t talk. Guess it was on purpose to clear the tables faster. Play the music loud so people can’t talk and they will leave. Good ploy but it’s bound to misfire.

Honest advice - if you think your food is your USP you are in for a big unpleasant surprise. Surat is a foodies heaven. Places serving food better than your restaurant exist every half a kilometer. Treat your customers better. I wouldn’t trade my dignity for a...

I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars for its innovative and quirky food platings, great ambience and quick service. We had a good time. I was disappointed with two things. One was the complicated menu descriptions. You would have to reach one hour earlier coz that's how long it took for us to read and understand what was written 😂. And all the items were way too expensive! The other disappointment was that the staff packed us the wrong cake. We brought choco truffle cake to the restaurant. After celebrating, we asked the staff to pack the remaining (almost 3/4th portion) . They gave us the cake box while leaving and only after reaching home we found out that they gave us some leftover cheap orange cake instead. Visited the restaurant with colleagues for dinner. Ambience was very nice & pleasing. But the menu is simple and complex (pun intended). They have twisted every simplest dish to make it more presentable but compromising heavily on the portions served. Simplest dishes (like papad) are made drastically complex (50 grams of papad served in 2 kg box structure, the dish heavily named as papad platter). Quite expensive for the portions served. Taste was average from the foods we ordered. Once agin the presentation was good to attract anyone at first glance but taste wise is so-so. Dont order their "only" desert, its so pathetic that even a group of 4-5 person cannot finish just 1 serving...
