Two Slices — Restaurant in Gujarat

I want to give a feedback about your outlet at Sanganva Chowk, Rajkot.

We 3 family members stepped in with high hopes and sadly disappointed with your overall service.

I know you are a big name and it doesn't make any difference to you if a customer is unhappy but sharing my experience is an instinct so doing it.

There's no cleanliness at all in that outlet. All tables were dirty and filled with empty dishes, bottles and sauce. I felt so disgusted by that. Take care of hygiene and sanitation, it looks pretty cheap and worse than a laari.

Another thing, my daughter ordered Gippi noodle and she got it served after 20 minutes! We all finished our snacks THEN she got it that too after 5 attempts at counter, it's not done!

On top of that, we're highly dissatisfied with portion of highly priced (Rs. 30 is too much for a sandwich) masala sandwich with minimal filling, not satisfied with quantity!

Also, we ordered Chilly Cheese sandwich at Rs. 50 and found it quite more disappointing than masala sandwich.

Not at all found value of my hard-earned money and not happy with cleanliness, service time and...

We had made a short work trip to Rajkot and were eager to try out the Sandwiches as they were supposedly a speaciality. Unfortunately the place is dirty with flies swarming, open huge dustbins right next to the tables (one stands and eats at these). The man cleaning the tables just slides the dirty paper plates and leftovers into the bins and doesn't even spray and wipe the tables. Disgusting to stand and eat when you see this. The man at the counter is extremely rude and impatient. Out of the 10 odd types of sandwiches displayed on the menu screens only 3 were available and he barked out this information in a tone and accent that was very hard to understand and on top of it got angry when we politely indicated that we hadn't understood what he meant. The sandwiches we did manage to get finally - the masala toast and the chilli cheese were tasty. Which was the saving grace. In a nut shell, if hygiene and politeness is important to you, stay away...

I visited rajkot before 2 weeks........ Every time when I go through rajkot then I almost visited two slice (balaji sandwich)...... From last 6 to 7 years I visited this place.... All time was good.. But last time it was bad experience with two slice (balaji sandwich) ...... I ordered regular sandwich, cheese Chilli sandwich & tandoori sandwich.... In Regular sandwich has no test, it was like filled with only n only ginger... In cheese Chilli sandwiche I could not found cheese anywhere and also stuffing was too small Quantity of Chilli.... In to tandoori sandwich, as I tested it had only punjabi garam masala.... I think balaji sandwich forgot their old product and services... You have to change the taste and services like as you gave to customers when you started...
