Hotel Kavery — Hotel in Gujarat

We checked into Kaveri Rajkot recently. looking at website/ photos you think this is fine, but tell you what they are old!. Std of rooms is terrible, we saw ants/mosquito wandering around , rooms dusty after seeing a few. and to top that hardly had a shower! as shower was not working dripping., water not hot either. These people had demaned upfront payment also for days booked which is not normal practice we find, deposit or 1 night stay suffice.||we complained to general manager URMI Mehta. The GM assured us we can shower in another room next day as had 7am start for a wedding. next day, next room was even worse, and top that shower knobs broken so again hardly a shower. a total shambles as these people do not maintain there and should check rooms/bathroom before allocating to customers for local people standard may be fine 1* but to charge a rate and not provide professional service is bad.||we found nearby hotel Jayson, same rates and 4* quality and service in any room you choose and GM should learn something from hotel management of this type, how to treat customers and give service and ensure rooms are clean free of dust. mosquito etc and bathrooms work. We try seek refund of upfront booking payments and were just ignored with no call/ apology either from GM. and who then behave rudely||problem is management there do not care about maintenance and Kaveri in Rajkot has now got a bad name already so be aware you will be disappointed. I had ordered for Tomato Soup, Manchau soup, Sizzler, Pander Tufaani, Kulcha, Roti.. It was good test, good atmosphere and.. Clean.. Good parking and

Best thing is service was very good.. Mostly I marked that frequently considered on each table by staff.. And speedy service..

I like all the taste of each dishes which I had ordered and mentioned on above..

Because I ordered sizzler many places but this time was remarkable and top in my list..

I visit long time also.. But after that it was on renovation mode..

But in mid time I visited, at that time no one was there.. So, I feel liked shutdowns.. But I come to know that its restart..

And, now its on best mode..

I suggest tried at least one..

For middle level its slightly costly, but I hope its quality and service will win your heart..
