I wanted to give 3.5 star but unfortunately there isn’t any options to do so.
My experience was good. Here are my thoughts.
FOR FOOD
Overall, the food quality was good. No complaints about this.
Buttermilk had very little salt (tasteless) and there wasn’t any salt available on the table. I understand the taste of buttermilk is different for person to person but most of the restaurants that offer Gujarati Thali has buttermilk with adequate amount of salt which I didn’t find at Adingo.
FOR SERVICE
In spite of being Sunday, the restaurant wasn’t fully packed. It was 80% full and still they were struggling to serve. We had to wait in the middle of our meal for Rotis and other stuff to arrive and most of the time we had to ask them to get it delivered. We were asked to sit at the last table and somehow the staff who were serving didn’t pay attention to the last cornered table where we were sitting.
There was a leakage of water from the ceiling and that straight away dripping on the Thali next to us. Fortunately it didn’t affect us but it became messy and it’s not a good experience to eat during messy surroundings especially in a restaurant like this. Unfortunately I forgot to take picture of the same.
My overall experience was good because of the quality of the food. The service needs to be quick and the staff needs to be...
Read moreDuring my trip to Rajkot on 28th May 2025, I had the pleasure of dining at Adingo – The Temple of Taste, located at Subhash Road, Limda Chowk, Near Sadar, Rajkot, Gujarat 360002. This vegetarian restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience that lives up to its name.
The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a clean and well-maintained setting that enhances the dining experience. The staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well-cared for.
For my meal, I opted for two dishes:
Chole Bhature – ₹199
Dhabewali Dal Khichdi – ₹229
Both dishes were prepared with authentic flavors and quality ingredients. The Chole Bhature was hearty and flavorful, while the Dal Khichdi offered a comforting and satisfying taste.
The total bill came to ₹449, including taxes, which I found to be reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes.
Whether you're a local resident or a visitor to Rajkot, Adingo – The Temple of Taste is a must-visit for anyone seeking delicious vegetarian cuisine in a...

You need to choose from menu and keep ordering till your taste buds satiates. Small place and little bit conjusted but its worthy to eat here than else. It's pocket friendly and SAFE FOR CHILDREN also. Even we prefer to be here for food. They are serving since more than 15 years at the same place. Toilet facility for travellers available for freshen up. Sometimes toilets are not clean but you can ask the manager to make it clean if they are not. Staff is so generous, caring and mannerly. Hospitality is at par. One should visit it once to find DESI KATHIYAWADI DISHES. You can manipulate your order for taste like less spicy or more salty or sweet. They deliver at home also.
