Extremely Disappointing Experience – A Complete Letdown I generally refrain from writing negative reviews, especially when the owner happens to be a personal acquaintance. However, the experience at William Jones Pizza - Vasna-Gotri , was so appalling that it would be dishonest not to share it. To begin with, the quality and taste of the food were shockingly poor. Despite placing multiple polite requests to improve the preparation, absolutely no corrective action was taken. We were served nothing, quite literally, even after waiting for nearly an hour. There was no explanation, and no effort to make things right. What made the situation worse was that we had paid ₹565 for two people, hoping to enjoy a decent meal. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving the restaurant without eating a single bite.We sat idly at the table for almost an hour, with staff showing complete disregard for our presence. The service was non-existent, and the entire dining experience felt like a complete farce. The food Was bland, poorly presented, and judging by the expressions of other guests, just as uninspired in taste. Our patience and expectations were met with indifference. The only reason I am withholding even harsher criticism is out of respect for the personal relationship I share with the owner. But let me be clear: friendship cannot cover for substandard service and utter neglect of customers. A restaurant thrives not on goodwill alone, but on delivering what it promises—quality food and prompt service. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously. William Jones Pizza needs an urgent and comprehensive overhaul—both in the kitchen and on the service floor. If not, I fear even loyal patrons will stop giving second chances. Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Time or Money

Visited William Jones Pizza recently and had one of the most disappointing dining experiences ever. Despite being in touch with the owner (a good friend), and politely requesting better food quality and faster service, no action was taken at all. We waited for almost an hour without receiving a single dish. There was no communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff. It was as if our presence didn’t even matter. What’s worse is that we had paid ₹565 for two people—and ended up leaving without eating a single bite. The food, whatever little we saw being served to others, looked completely uninspired, bland, and below basic standards. Out of respect for my personal relationship with the owner, I’m holding back from going too harsh—but the reality is: ✅ The food quality is unacceptable ✅ The service is non-existent ✅ The overall experience was a waste of time and money

This kind of negligence is not just disappointing—it’s frustrating, especially when people come with expectations of enjoying a meal. I genuinely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously. Very BAD experience. Unavailability of cold water. Even cold drink though it was unlimited, was served only twice. Didn't bring the coke bottle! Unsure whether it was coke! Just imagine, in scorching summer afternoon, the cold water is unavailable n cold drink is limited! OMG! It was very embarassing as I invited my friends for lunch there. AC was also switched on after we requested. Broken glass & crockeries! The plate where pizza was served was literally broken from sides, glass was cracked one and other glass were stained. Just imagine!! No restaurant manager to talk to. Unsure whether the restaurant owner would even read and respond to this review.

The restaurants seems to be run by 3-4 boys in helper n waiter level. POOR service! Never visit this place. Other options in this area is Pizza Infinity at Nilamber Triumph just 5 min walking distance from Gangotri Icon or, Octant pizza / Papa John pizza in Gotri...
