William John's pizza

I love to visit this place and Many time we celebrate functions over here, but after this visit, i think we have to look for other options... Before quality, cleanliness and hygiene maintaining vary well and customer’s treatment was excellent but this time it’s seems vary less then average, usually I am not harsh on feedback, after this experience I took almost one week to post feedback to avoid harshness... let me come to point... starters was not fresh, fruits was missing, starters bowl was almost empty on the pick time (-around 8:30 pm), soups was okay...and pizzas are served cold as like normal bread...serving staff pushing hard to serve pizza whatever they have, doesn’t care even what we are asking for...garlic and butter missing on garlic bread...overall it was disaster of dinner...top of the overall, when children asking for extra brownies they are denied to serve it(even we was ready to pay them for extra which was not a part of unlimited dinner we booked). Staff was untrained and rude. Silly items like Forks and spoon was not even on table, even not get one for asking twice or thrice then have to grab your self from other tables. In short...now it’s not same food, place or management which I used to seat with friends and family and enjoyed dinner with hot piping pizza and specially brownies with Icecream.
