As of my last update in April 2023, without specific details, it's challenging to provide an exact review or detailed information about "ZERO The Restaurant" because the name "ZERO" could be associated with multiple establishments globally, or it might be a newly opened venue. Restaurants often choose unique names for branding, to reflect their concept, or to stand out in a crowded market. If "ZERO The Restaurant" is named to suggest themes such as minimalism, zero waste, or a focus on starting from scratch with culinary creativity, here are some general points one might consider when reviewing or researching such an establishment:
Concept and Theme Innovation: Does the restaurant introduce a novel dining concept or theme that sets it apart? How well is this concept executed in the dining experience? Sustainability: If the name suggests a focus on zero waste or environmental consciousness, how does the restaurant implement these practices in its operations? Cuisine and Menu Menu Creativity: How does the menu reflect the restaurant's unique theme or concept? Are there unique dishes or ingredients that you wouldn't find elsewhere? Quality and Taste: Regardless of the unique concept, the quality and taste of the food are paramount. Are the dishes well-prepared, and do they live up to the expectations set by the restaurant's theme? Dietary Accommodations: Does the restaurant cater to various dietary needs effectively, especially if it's promoting a niche concept like zero waste or minimalism? Ambiance and Design Atmosphere: How does the physical design and ambiance of the restaurant complement its theme? Is it inviting and comfortable for guests? Innovative Features: Are there any design or architectural features that are unique to the restaurant, enhancing the dining experience? Service Staff Knowledge and Engagement: How well do the staff understand the restaurant's concept, and can they communicate this effectively to guests? Are they attentive and responsive? Efficiency: Considering the unique aspects of the restaurant, is the service timely and professional? Sustainability Practices Waste Reduction: If applicable, how does the restaurant minimize waste? This can include food waste, packaging, and energy use. Local and Ethical Sourcing: Does the restaurant prioritize sourcing ingredients locally or ensuring that their supply chain is ethical and sustainable? Pricing and Value Cost vs. Experience: Given the unique theme or concept, does the pricing reflect the quality of the food, the dining experience, and the sustainability practices? Overall Value: Do diners feel they receive an experience that is worth the price, considering all aspects of the restaurant? Overall Experience Memorability: Is "ZERO The Restaurant" memorable and does it offer a distinct experience that encourages diners to return or recommend it to others? Consistency: If reviews are available over time, do they suggest that the restaurant maintains its quality and commitment to its concept? If you have a specific location in mind or more details about "ZERO The Restaurant," I could provide more targeted insights. Otherwise, considering these general points can help in evaluating or learning more about a restaurant with such a unique thematic or...
Read more(Edit after owner’s reply) I wish there was an ounce of humility with which this is being dealt. -
We did approach the staff first. When your goal is to find a fault in customer, it’s natural to overlook things on CCTV. A basic chain of communication at staff level regarding this will easily clear the air.
If the area was closed as per your information how come 2 people were having lunch at a table adjacent to us? Please check CCTV throughly.
If we did sit at a temporarily closed area I’m not sure how we were able to stay there for 15-20 minutes before Sagar came to have a lovely chat with us.
This in my POV reflects poor humility, lack of monitoring and communication from your end.
Suggestion from your customer: To prevent any future misunderstandings you can find “Closed” signboards on Amazon that can be used at your establishment for places that are not operational. This will help visitors know where they can sit.

Good Food but I’M NOT COMING BACK. I’ve been to ZERO close to 8-9 times with friends and family since it opened and have always liked their food BUT I’M NOT COMING BACK just because they don’t have a decency to talk to a customer.
My entire experience has been shattered after I spoke to Sagar (one of the manager/owner) there who was extremely rude to us.
While we were planning to order some food, we also wanted to shoot some videos for which we reached out to one of the waiters for permission before shooting. We did not create a ruckus (the restaurant was empty by the way), nor did we break any rules of the place. We plain and simple asked for permission first to shoot some videos while we were having food. After which Sagar came to us and literally ask us to leave! He told they charge a fees for the shoots BUT we should leave.
Instead of a polite conversation or information about potential shooting fees, I was confronted by Sagar in an unexpectedly rude manner, insisting we leave and even denied us service for food. So coming to this review, I just want to say - Yes Sagar, you have built a great place and you certainly don’t need ALL customers to keep your place up and running because you have many (Kudos!) but a sincere request that even if you don’t want a customer at your place please treat them with basic human decency and politeness especially when you are from hospitality industry catering to premium urban crowd. A simple conversation about the fees would have sufficed, and we would have been more than willing to pay and also give positive experience reviews about your establishment that we so loved.
You may not need marketing for your place but you most certainly don’t need bad word of mouth...
