Blue Basil — Restaurant in Gujarat

Good Experience, place was good but since we are in a Post covid times, the experience was limited to food, time of preparation and the staff behaviour. For Me all 3 of those were pretty smooth and good. We went there specially for the Sizzlers as the OG Bombay Blue, City Plus is closed permanently! Had other options but somehow choose this one. Had good ambience but the crowd was unmanaged, Food was good we ordered Soup, Side starters, Sizzlers and Macaroni. The odd part was Macaroni as it wasnt mentioned in the menu yet I asked if they have a sweet one with they saod yes and I ordered but instead we got a Macaroni which is Savory, which is not bad but not what asked/expected. Sizzlers had good Quantity enough for 2 per Sizzlers but the variations were still the similar, there were varieties but they get you the same taste mostly with different toppings Mostly Paneer. Overall We had fun as the food was prepared quickly yet was self serve due to Covid and it gets tough to serve sizzler among 6 people! Thank you for reading....

Our bill was of around 7k and we had ordered dry manchurian balls for 2 kids that came with us

They charged the full amount for the manchurian balls as that of the actually cooked dry manchurian dish . When asked they straight away said that we gave 14 balls and as per our system 14 balls =1 full plate , so full charge.

We said sir , it was for the kids and no one counted the balls, you can consider somthing on this , but straight forward full amount is loot , and that too when we received the bill

When asked for the customer feedback form , they said that we don't have and when we insisted , the gave an old bill and said " iske piche jo likhna hai likh do"

As human , it is commonly seen that a few dry balls for kids are no where charged and if it was supposed to be charged they should have told us upfront.

Very bad experience , and not at all good for families specially if you haved kids , then avoid visiting...

Place is really very good. Decorated with style and taste and the concept of restaurant is very nice. The person who created this deserves appreciation. Excellent and very tempting sizzlers, most delicious Soups. You must try cheese cream soup and sizzlers here. Although main course needs alterations. Vegetables are not delicious as sizzlers. Prices are also unmatched properly. Place change theirs food quality and quantity regularly maybe because of over confidence. Place is very suitable for five star rating ,but Only problem is that the waiters here are absolutely unknown with food details served here and they are habitually careless. So the rating drop here by 2 star, Otherwise If you love Sizzlers and Soups, never...
