Ordered steam chicken momos, they took 20 mins to prepare , and the worst part is, they already had frozen momos in the freezer , which they put in steam for 2 mins and give !!, the layer of momos is very thick , when I questioned them they said it was being freshly prepared and then I told them that I saw them taking out of freezer , the guy said this is how we do it There’s been so many negative reviews given for Ranjeet singh (who is head of the counter at ardee mall), still nothing has been done , request management to please consider it. Have been visiting this place for a long time , but will not consider in future , if things don’t change. Staff at counter needs to be improved , they don’t seem to have temperament to manage order at peak time, their customer interaction needs to be improved drastically !! The people in the said food outlet were extremely rude. One of such was Atul. i asked for hakka noodles in a bowl that i can take away. However, they refused to give me lead of the box and handed me over foil. when asked to at least help with the aluminium foil they said that there are rules to not help the customer putting foil in the box. They even refused to give me a small bad which i had to take from next outlet of this i.e sagar ratna. I literally had first such experiences in Ardee mall.

You get good food here only if there is less rush and you go and personally have food in dine in. They cannot handle customers in high demand time and give least preference to online delivery customers (swiggy and Zomato). They can also provide you stale food and nobody will take responsibility nor will they talk to you. It happened with me yesterday when I ordered food and after one hour waiting they provided me with rotten veggies item. After my complaint neither swiggy nor Asia seven took the responsibility and...
