Bakers Oven — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I would like to share my personal experience with you people and not a product review about bakers oven, I wanted one plastic knive as in a cutlery that we all get when we order a cake. when I asked for it, the person who works there refused bluntly, I said c'mon it is just one knive and how much could it be costing, not even 1rs, and I am talking about something we usually throw unused when we order food from outside.. I used to be there customer, I have bought patties, mushroom rolls, panner rolls and sometime cake, and even choclates and on every birthday atleast something from there..we live right there in orchid petals. But due to this behaviour and there low standards would I go there again.. nahh!!! never again...what kind of business is this when u loose a customer just for a knive.. I am a person who believes in learning through experience in life.. I have got my lesson..u guys be cautious while purchasing from them, they might refuse to give u ketchup...

Bakers Oven as a bakery outlet located in South City 2, Gurgaon and delivers soft & fresh pastries, cakes to your doorstep till 12:30 A.M. The cakes, pastries, and other food items are reasonable here and you can give it a try.

After checking out the whole menu I ordered varieties of pastries and my order includes Red Velvet Cream Cheese Pastry, Fresh Fruit Pasty, Choco Walnut, Choco Truffle, Choco Lava. All of them were fresh and taste delicious. Also, the presentation of every pastry was quite unique and presented beautifully. On the other side, the sweetness was good and it's not too high and not too low.

The delivery was on time and on the packaging side, everything is nicely packed. Everything is packed in such a way that it remains intact. Along with pastries the outlet also sends the paper plates and spoons.

Overall, it was an amazing experience and heaven for sweet-tooth lovers like me.

Pathetic cake prepared by Bakers Oven of the Sapphire branch. A 2 kg cake was ordered for the celebration of 75the birthday of my father. We asked for less cream on a pineapple cake. The moment cake was cut, it dashed down and tilted on one side. While serving the cake felt like a round ball of something on the plate. No one ate it or ate for mere formality. Upon contacting the sales guy, he started to justify his chef and seemed uninterested to hear us as customers and do something about it. Very lousy, pathetic experience to a Rs 3600/- cake. Be aware, their quality has dipped. I was a customer to them for long time, past 2 experiences bad, and upon learning that they do behave like this to a loyal customer, what can a one time or new customers expect.
