Apollo Pharmacy South City 2 — Local services in Gurugram District

Really dissatisfied with the services/behaviour of the staff members. They don't communicate the things properly. I enquired about a medicine which costs around 800 rs per strip(4 tablets) and after checking staff member mentioned that they have substitute which would cost around 570 rs. I was standing there for around 10-15 minute in process of checking/confirming with doctor if substitue would work and when finally I said ok, please give me the substitute, then staff replies that this would also be available only after you order(not available right now). As I already invested so much time there, so I placed the order of 2 strips, as I needed the tablet next day only. Next day I had to followup about the availability, as promised time of the delivery was already passed. Finally, at the time of delivery, I checked about the total amount, and they mentioned its going to be around 4000 rs. I REally got shocked since I was expecting amount to be around 1200 rs. After checking, they mentioned that they provided the price of 1 tablet only not the complete strip. Really not able to understand if somebody is asking for a strip rate, how you can provide rate of 1 tablet even without mentioning its a tablet price not the strip, moreover since there is a huge difference b/w the prices, so I expect customer should be educated properly about the same. Anyhow, At that time, I had no option than confirming the order due to sheer emergency, however I asked for the discount, as they admitted that its their fault. At the end, they said we are trying to do best and around 1200 can be the discount, however while delivering the medicine only around 600 discount was given. I called back again and they mentioned there can be some misunderstanding, as we never give that much high discount.

Really disappointed with the service. I ordered medicines yesterday in the morning, received the medicine after multiple followups at around 2pm. Even then it wasnt complete and I was assured theyll deliver the remaining medicine as soon as the delivery guy reaches store... Kept in touch with the delivery guy till 5pm and then with no response from Pharmacy's side gave up at 8pm and bought again from different one.
