Food was average, albeit a little too sweet. What irked us was their quality of service and temperament of the staff in finding solutions to their own payment problems. Although a 10% discount was available on payment through Zomato, they wanted it to be paid via UPI only. Even their credit card machine was not working properly. The staff was not equipped or trained properly to serve multiple orders at a table with enough plates etc. They ran out of ice, and we had to wait for a while until the Dalgona Coffee could be served, while the rest of us got our drinks.
