Very disappointed the way these guys are managing over all. Food is not fresh, just heating it and serving. Thr pakoras I ordered were not even warm (forget about getting hot). I had to ask them to reheat the "nobody knows when cooked" pakoras. Then all of sudden cleaned mopped the floor with the mop(which hasn't been changed for months). It was so smelly, we had to request then to stop mopping. If you want to build a brand... Act like one. 2 starts only for gud wali chai n ambience...otherwise disappointing 😏

Overpriced like any other chaayos, but the success of the franchisee tells us that Indians are super inclined to pay 80 rupees for a chai if it provides a premium feel, better taste and a good meeting point with an appealing ambience. This chaayos is no different. It’s equally good like the other ones. Located at a convenient place in this portico you can always drop by to have a hot sip of tea with some bun Maskas that will leave you content and full.

The staff here is super cordial and accommodating. The food is high quality and delicious. Being a chai lover, this is my haven. Since I am on a diet, the staff even makes a minor adjustments in sandwiches to suit my dietary requirements. Chaayos overall is a brand that has my heart as I can customize my chai as per my preferences.

I will give 3 stars only. This place is good for meet ups . Ambience is good, no complaint about it. Staff is humble and polite. Place is clean . You can get newspapers to read. Now com to the chai. chai is overpriced. You pay 95/- for a regular kadak chai . If somebody wants to sit for a while he/she can sit in comfort and enjoy the chai. But still a chai for 95/- is overpriced. Chayoos is a brand name and charging only for that brand name. So I can't give more than 3stars for...

I recently ordered classic lemonade from this place on swiggy and the whole order was spilled. Neither swiggy did anything nor chaayos. Horrible service, even after reporting directly at the restaurant I wasted money because they said they would add it in the next order but wow didnt get it in that as well so I paid 300+ rs and got 1 cashew packet which I didnt even want in the first place. Awesome job guys!! Kudos to Chaayos for serving your...
