Firstly Staff lacks basic Courtesies expected out of them being in this Business
Secondly long que on the counter make you feel as if you in a Govt daftar staff accentuates it further though their attitude while serving there are two conters for placing order but never seen manned by more than one
Thirdly management of customer is so utter choatic (as per convenience of management not customer) that if one has to pick even a single item One has to go to three counters with no one has time to guide you Firstly pickup counter Secondly billing counter Thirdly packing counter Probably owner has totally missed out the convenience of the customer
An example of the same If someone has ordered a dish to eat in the restaurant and something packed for the take away Packing is available on ground floor Wherin restaurant is on first floor (no one to remind the customer that package is ready) Many must have missed out on taking the delivery along and then to fall back from ethier from parking and at times from the residence.
Forthly Very crude way of informing customer that Order is ready Typically a very irritating voice from somewhere will be heard atracting almost all customers who have order the same dish. No prizes for how better it can be managed
Fifthly If you order two different dishes the staff leaves it to your imagination from where to collect both At the outset counter taking slip will not guide whereall the slips to given If you leave the token with one of the counter, while collecting customer will be informed about his fault that where he should have given the second token Instead of staff himself handing over to the Employee standing next to him
It typically gives out a clear picture where we as a country is heading Government offices are getting streamlined And these high end food courts are heading towards earstwhile govt culture Just by hiring cheap and unskilled staff Which obviously will serve you the way they are
To top it all Staff tends to cheat you by billing an extra item which neither customer has ordered nor delivered. If customer misses out then to be had or probably carried by staff later Was very evident from the sheepish remark by the counter boy " aaj toh fans gaya" to another co worker who has billed it Sochi samjhi saazish I don't know how many attempts are made each day successfully.
Sad to at...

This Bikanervala branch is housed in a multi-storey building at Shop No. 75, on the Golf Course Ext Rd, in Block F of Sushant Lok 2, in Sector 57, Gurugram, Haryana, India. It’s location on the main road makes it quite approachable. Presently it occupies the Ground floor and the 1st floor of a multi-storey building with the rest of the floors and the basements being unoccupied. The restaurant and its primary sitting area is on the 1st floor, which is approachable through lifts and easy staircase. Snacks, Sweets, bakery , festive packages are sold from the store on the ground floor. This is a big spacious vegetarian restaurant with plenty of sitting. The restaurant serves a wide variety of tasty, traditional Indian sweets, snacks, bakery items and dishes. There are good toilet facilities and free drinking water facilities available inside the restaurant. There is a big free parking space outside the restaurant. I visited this restaurant with my family on 13-10-2024 (Sunday) for breakfast . They accept payments in cash as well as through digital modes. Overall this is a good family restaurant but the only drawback which I observed is that during mornings only one payment window was open despite there being so many customers and thus making the visit chaotic. It could be better managed. Why should a person from the 1st floor in the restaurant come to the ground floor and line...
