Choudhary Gohana famous jalebi — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Anytime you go to Vyapar Kendra, major count of people are standing next to Choudhary. But that's not because they are very good or whatever. But it's because they hold the biggest shop in the whole market. Where people have small small stalls, they have a big shop where people can even sit inside. Also they offer so many options. But what they miss on is food quality/taste and behaviour. You talk to their manager sitting on cash counter, you talk to the one making Pani puri or the one making chaap, everyone is unnecessarily rude. We have tried their momos, noodles and chaap. It's a small shop and they have set up tables outside, more like a vending cart. Few items are too good e.g. Paratha (served with Desi white makhan and curd), Dosa, Chaap, Tikki etc.

I personally did not like it as I am fond of crispy thin jalebis, but they make it quite thick.

Request the owner to be flexible in keeping certain menu items like chaap or tandoori snacks can be served as mixed platter (no such option currently if you want a sampler). Also, some items are available in large size only e.g. Rabri which is available in 200 gm...
