Dana Choga — Restaurant in Gurugram District

We placed a large order of value Rs. 15000+ with Dana Choga sector 22, Gurgaon through zomato.

The order was for a team lunch of 20 people.

We did confirm on timing with the restaurant just after placement of order and they did confirm (Anshu from Dana Choga Central team) the order would be ready in 1 hour and will be handed over to zomato rider.

However after an hour they were still preparing it. They went on to prepare the order for another hour!

I want to ask the restaurant if 4-5 families step into restaurant at once they will take 2.5 hrs to prepare their meal?

An order that was placed at 1 pm got delivered to us at 3:28 pm (restaurant is very close to my workplace so delivery time is just 10 mins). Imagine the irritation of everyone who was waiting for lunch.

This place is pathetic in order service and should NEVER consider for CORPORATE ORDERS! Plus most of Non Veg items were not properly cooked.

NEVER PLACING ANY ORDERS WITH DANA CHOGA

Zomato is also useless and...

They have reasonable prices for their food items and Beverages and also provide value for money. The food items are delivered very quickly at the doorstep and the service is very efficient here. It is a delivery/take away joint. Ample parking space available near the outlet. Popularly people eat inside their cars. Gravy items are delicious, chicken and mutton are tender and juicy. Quantity is a big question for this outlet. We tried chicken chatkara, murgh makhani and murgh afghani. Chicken chatkara and murgh makhani were very delicious the portion/serving size was small. Murgh afghani was tender inside but quite dry on the surface to be afghani chicken. I would have rated easily 4 but the breads were a big disappointment. My serious suggestion if you have to buy breads from this stick to naans, tandoori roti and tandoori parantha. Do not go for tawa roti they just keep reheating and give to...
