Deepak Chinese — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I ordered through swiggy from deepak Chinese chicken fried rice and paneer momos . The order was placed at 8:12 and the delivery boy was there at the resturant at 8:20 . Deepak Chinese delayed the ordered for more than 2 hours and the order was delivered to me at 10:15 pm. When I called the delivery boy he said the resturant is over crowded and they are ignoring him and not handover the food to him. I asked him that’s it’s already late pls deliver the food. He delivered the food @10:15 pm . The moment I opened the fried rice . The smell was horrible as if they were rotten. The whole room was full of that punjent smell as if it was prepared in the morning and due to summers it got rotten. I tried calling deepak but no response . Firstly if you are alredy over crowded at your restaurant you should not take online orders. Handing over the order after 2 hours doesnot make any sense

Secoundly you should not play with the health of customers just because of money. Preparing items like chiken rice in the mroning and delivering it at night speacially in summer will make the food rotten . The smell was horrible . Shame on people who play with customers health. I used to order form deepak regularly but from now on I am not even thinking of it . This should be reported to health...

Deepak Chinese located in Sector 23, Gurgaon. The place is too much crowded, your won't find any sitting here. The owner of this place started his journey approx 3 years back with a thela here, now they have shifted to a shop at the same place. However the Quality and the taste of the food has gone to much down by this time. Still people love to eat here because it is too light on their pockets. To get your order to need to wait atleast half an hour.

Ordered food from Deepak Chinese through Zomato on 3rd May 2019. Stale food delivered. Food had even turned sour. This would have created health issue.

Matter reported to Zomato who were helpless in getting food replaced or getting refund.

I did not consume food and kept telling Zomato to take it back free of cost and check it themselves. Nothing happened except the apology.

However this episode confirms that while Zomato is not able to ensure quality food Deepak Chinese is playing with our health for petty gains

I have been taking food from Deepak Chinese but now I will refrain from doing so.

If you want to remain healthy and want hygienic food DO NOT GO TO DEEPAK CHINESE...
