2 star only considering the fact that I had good experiences in the past. It used to be one of my most favourite spots for get together, quick meet up with friends but now it is no longer on my favourites list.

The customer service of the store is pathetic. Not sure if their staff is being paid for being inside the kitchen for may be for the gala time because when it comes to actual service the staff goes deaf.

The staff is not easily available inside the store and even if they are available they wont take the orders. The usual wait time just to get the order placed is not 10-15 mins and order arrival wait time is almost 20mins. In addition to this don't forget to be ready to help yourself because in between if you require anything like glass of water etc you will have to go to counter and let staff know because staff will not come on their own to check if anything is required. Food - pizza had a very thick edge crust and very small area where topping is put. The toppings were too cut into very small pieces causing them to loose their crunch. Garlic bread was average.

Service - prices on the menu were outdated and the staff wasn't even aware that the prices were different than the online menu. Meals were not available- which we initially intended to get and which could have saved us some money.

Atmosphere - there was just 1 couple sitting in the dining space of about 50 I think, who left shortly and there was absolutely nobody on the whole floor including outside pizza hut. There was one (or probably more) annoying housefly constantly...
