La Biryaneez Chalet, A family Restaurant — Restaurant in Gurugram District

The owner is very rude. I told him that I wanted to pay via swiggy dineout . First he refused , although the restaurant has posted itself on swiggy dineout.

Further he said if you want to pay via swiggy then he will print another bill with charges as per swiggy delivery menu ( which are already very high compared to their dine in menu) . Also he said that he will levy service charge and added that it is his own wish that he will make service charge mandatory or swiggy bill.

This is the first time I have faced an issue like this for swiggy dineout.

Clearly the owner is hot headed and have lost a customer. Never ever I am returning to this restaurant again.

Complained about butter naan without butter. And the naans were so thick. Called the restaurant to give the review. She said they don't have workers and cooks and her husband is standing at the tandoor. I asked her if that was my problem as a customer I am paying for good food. She argued and asked me that I should have returned those naans. And then I asked for refund to which she refused very rudely and bluntly. These people have become so high headed these days since people are ordering like anything and they are charging like anything after COVID. Waste of money.

Update: It's not just the food that is bad but their owner is extremely rude and writes unprofessional comments on your posted reviews...

Searching for mutton rogan josh on swiggy, this restaurant came as amongst the last 5 suggestions, with a rating of 4/5. Took a try and ordered rogan josh and rara mutton. Both dishes were just super yum. Perfect cooked mutton with flavourful gravy. Both dishes vanished as soon as the boxes were opened. Strongly suggest trying their mutton main course. Will try other...
