Domino's Pizza | Esplande Mall, Gurugram — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I visited the store and ordered a pizza. To my surprise, no ketchup sachet was provided. When I enquired, I was told it is chargeable. On my first order, I let it pass.

On my second visit the same day (accompanied by my brother), I politely asked to bill me for ketchup since I was ready to pay. While sharing my previous experience with my brother (about missing toppings in earlier visits), the staff member Anand started speaking rudely in Haryanvi and became aggressive.

When I began recording a video to confirm their no-ketchup policy, he tried to push my phone, clearly attempting to make it fall. He then verbally abused me in Haryanvi and threatened:

“Bahar niklunga to kaun bachayega” (“If you step outside, who will save you”).

When I questioned him about this behaviour, he shouted further, saying:

“If I throw this t-shirt, I don’t care about the job — but you will be seen nowhere.”

Such a statement is a direct physical threat...

Scammed me out of my money. Ordered COD through Zomato, they didn't have an item available, which they called to inform. I said it's okay, just don't send that, I was told they would refund the money on the app instead. Which seemed okay, even though I would have to pay the full amount at the time of delivery DESPITE the fact that I wasn't getting my full order. Foolishly, I had faith. I was then informed that the refund would be going into my Domino's Wallet instead. Which was bizarre since I didn't order through that and didn't even have the app to begin with. So either now or later, Domino's gets the same amount of money despite not fulfilling the order, which we call a financial scam. Literally never...

Had gone there for a movie yesterday and decided to have a pizza just before the movie for my worst dominos experience ever. Order No#227. I asked the staff ti process the order quickly as the movie was about to start. We waited in anticipation, that the staff would process the order quickly. To my utter disbelief he decided to cancel the order without even informing. Upon asking he replied rudely "Sir paise 24 ghante mein refund to a jayenge". The money has still not been refunded. Only one word for such attitude :- "Pathetic". Would rate less than one star if that was an option. You just lost 2...
