It was supposed to be the highlight of our office party—the scent of fresh, cheesy pizza from Domino’s Amrapali Corporate Hub, a treat everyone had been looking forward to all week. Eleven of us circled the table, laughter mixing with hunger, as the delivery arrived right on time—a giant cheese burst pizza that practically promised a good time. But as we lifted the first slice, something was off. Instead of the comforting aroma of melted cheese, there was a strong, unpleasant smell, sharp enough to dampen our excitement. We brushed it off at first—maybe the airtight packing was to blame, or it had just traveled too long. But as bites were taken and furrowed brows appeared around the table, we knew this wasn’t normal. The cheese tasted sour, and the texture was oddly rubbery. Within an hour, one of my colleagues was complaining of stomach cramps, turning pale and uncomfortable. Concern soon turned to alarm as she had to leave early, feeling queasy. Now convinced something was seriously wrong, we double-checked the pizza and were struck by the realization that the cheese might have been expired. Our next move was to contact the Domino’s store—after all, mistakes happen and we were hoping for a quick explanation or resolution. But every call went unanswered. Not one response came from the store, not even after repeated attempts. Growing anxious, we switched to email, reaching out to Domino’s official customer support, laying out our concerns and the health risk involved. Still, nothing. No reply, no apology, no sense that our voices had been heard. The entire experience turned our celebration into a story of disappointment and frustration—a stark warning to others. If you’re planning a gathering and craving pizza in the Amrapali Corporate Hub area, think twice. Sometimes, it's not just about the food—it’s about the trust you place in a brand, and what happens when they just don’t show up when it matters most.

The Domino's outlet was nice—the air conditioning was good, and the place was clean and well-maintained. However, the outlet was quite small, so if too many people arrived at once, there wouldn’t be enough seating. The staff was friendly and helpful. I tried the Indi Tandoori Pizza with a cheese burst crust, which was delicious. One good thing about Domino’s is that they maintain the same pizza quality across all their outlets. The pizza cost ₹660, and I found it worth the price. However, one thing that disappointed me was the cleanliness of the washbasin—it was not properly maintained. Hygiene is crucial in food outlets, and they should focus on keeping such areas clean. Also, because the space was small, it felt a bit crowded when more customers arrived. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was good, and I would visit again.

I visited today. The service is below average as the staff didn't even listen for the first time, forget taking the orders. The order came so late as the staff members were busy chit chatting with each other on the counter. People were frustrated waiting for their order. When my order arrived, there were no seasonings and tissues alongside. The sitting area is very limited and hosts 5-7 guests only at a time. The cleanliness is not upto the mark. Overall experience was not great.

We just got back from the Dominos( Amrapali Corporate Hub, Manesar, Gurugram).

We wanted to satisfy our craving for Dominos pizza since it's been quite some time we went out to eat. We were really looking forward to it, but even though we tried hard, we couldnt order anything, thanks to the most careless and uninterested staff I've ever seen at your outlets.

The guy at counter continued to giggle and talk to another worker even as we waited for him to take our order. But he didn't stop, we had to interrupt him. It took us 3-4 hailings to grab the attention of this guy. But even midway taking our order, he continued to talk and laugh with other colleagues. None of the guys wore tags, and when asked for their names, they simply denied.

I called the Manager and a guy named Manoj came forward. I seriously doubt if he was the Manager or just another worker. Because he had no control over the guys. He said not a single word to the worker, instead told us that the item we ordered, was out of stock. No apologies, no alternate menu suggestions.

We said it was enough and left, but still no efforts to try and serve a customer.

Shocking to see such pathetic level of service at Dominos.

Hope someone at Dominos can do something about it, so that other customers visiting this particular outlet are not harassed like...
