Extremely Disappointed with the Service
Visited the outlet and had a terrible experience. The staff here clearly lack basic customer service skills. There was zero cleanliness, and despite there being 5–7 staff members around (and it not being a peak hour), no one was willing to take our order. Instead, we were asked to place an online order while sitting inside the outlet — which is absurd.
One staff member, Neha, was in such a rush that instead of politely asking me to move, she just pushed past me saying “ma’am,” with no courtesy whatsoever.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If the management truly cares about customer experience, serious attention needs to be given to training the staff and maintaining...

I immediately called customer care to inquire about the cancellation. The operator assured me they were checking with the outlet to determine the cause and promised to call me back within 15 minutes. Read moreI wanted to use the restroom as i was travelling beforw i wanted to place an order. These guys have simply locked a washroom with a hand written jote saying out of order. The shift guy Sandeep had no idea of the log entry rhat was created to keep the washroom repair in order. Liears these people are. Upon creating a fuss, these guys let me use the 1st floor washroom . I have a question here,Just because i have an fair knowledge of the rules to run an outlet,l, does not mean that these people should fool others around . The staff is so selfish !!
