Dominos — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Rude Staff Behaviour and Restaurant Place is full of insects:- I ordered pizza from this restaurant, but the delivery boy rudely behaved with me and did not deliver the pizza. When I asked him to call your manager or ask for a discount, they delivered pizza in 40 mins, which was supposed to be delivered in 20 mins per new delivery terms on Domino app on my current order. The delivery boy started misbehaving with me, he asked for full payment, did not deliver the pizza, and refused to connect me with the manager. Moreover, he said he would tell the manager that I had refused delivery. Now, in the second instance when I went there after he did not deliver pizza, he was still arguing. I ordered another pizza to dine in, but the restaurant was full of leafhopper insects. These insects were on the entrance, stairs, and dining area that you could not eat there. I have ordered pizza from dominos. The deliveryman has not reached the location even after talk to phone with me and get address details also but but not checked the address on map and moving here and there. After waiting of half hour i denied to take take the order and ask him to get back to your restaurant. I called to store and asked for order and the senior one told me that the deliveryman was reached your location but you didn't admit, means he told lie to store that we didn't admit the he is on my doorstep. I recently ordered from Dominos, but the experience was terrible. They didn't have the items I ordered, and the customer service team was very rude and unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in resolving the issue or even communicating properly.

The food quality was also subpar - the taste was really bad. Overall, I would not recommend Dominos to anyone based on this experience. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and bad food makes it hard to justify ordering...
