Haldiram's - Gurugram Sector 70 — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the food quality at your Gurugram Sector 70 outlet. On 30th March (Sunday), my family and I visited the restaurant for lunch and ordered Rajma Chawal. Unfortunately, soon after consuming the meal, we all fell sick.

It is extremely disappointing to experience such poor food quality from a reputed brand like Haldiram’s. Over the last two days, we have been suffering from severe health issues and have spent significantly on medical treatments, far exceeding what we paid for the meal. If this is the standard of food being served, it raises serious concerns about hygiene and quality control at your outlets.

As a responsible brand, I urge you to take immediate action to inspect and improve food safety at your restaurants. Such negligence can have severe consequences for customers’ health. I expect a prompt response regarding this matter, along with details of the corrective measures being taken.

Really bad experience. Restaurant changed its timing to close at 9:00 p.m. while all other restaurants in 3 roads are open till at least 10:00 p.m. Upon telling them that they should have announced for the last order since they are operating differently from the market, the cashier a Mr. Rahul said "we won't keep announcing everyday" suggesting it to be a huge task and expectation from them. This person along with the manager came across as extremely rude and unapologetic. Therefore, service was pathetic and food quality below average. Instances of poor quality food have been there earlier as well. Ordered a veg thali once for home delivery. Price was INR 378/- but one wouldn't eat that food for free. A Very Disappointing Experience.

Let's discuss this in detail:-

1. The Food Ordered was cold despite the fact that it was an early Dinner Bites.

2. The Coffee was from a Machine dispenser yet it was priced at 120 rs which was utterly Disappointing regards to the taste.

3. The snacks (Particularly Kulcha) seemed stale and A Bit Raw (Undercooked/fried)

4. The Serving staff seemed very Indifferent towards the Revenue aspect of Haldirams. Since they held a cold demeanor while serving The Food.

5. The Rice was a Bit Raw/Undercooked along with the Side Dal that was ordered.

Ambience:-

Ambience is Good. A Lot of places for Families. The cookie counter is nice They have Namkeen snacks /Deserts / Cakes available.

Overall, The Dine wasn't A Good experience.

It is expensive for sure and Not worth a Try.
