I was at KFC Huda Metro Station, Gurugram, North Court on 07/04/2024. I placed an order, It took more than 7 minutes, to get the order. So as per the policy I simply told the staff named: VIVEK KUMAR That its more than 7 minutes! He and other staff made faces and rudely behaved with me. I got my order late, I wanted to reorder this time I wanted to place order for chicken popcorn and a bucket of strips again. However even before placing the order staff, told me it will take more than 20 minutes to get the order! And that I cannot claim the hot and crispy per the policy. I told him he isnt the owner of KFC India and cant make or change the rules, to which he started abusing me verbally. I was humiliated in front of other people sitting in food court! Also I would like to bring to your attention that there was no rush at all at the outlet! Myself and one other guy was present at the outlet to order KFC! Yet it was taking too long for the staff to get order ready! Humiliated, I didnt place a second order and that could probably be considered as loss to KFC India. While I was l leaving, all the staff laughed at me! I want a immediate and strict action against that staff and a solution as I was humiliated there! else I wont be visiting here again, and would make sure none of my friends or relatives visit here either!

I visited your establishment for a meal, and unfortunately, I encountered unacceptable behavior from one of your staff members.
During my visit, I was met with rudeness and impoliteness from a staff member. This individual displayed a lack of professionalism, was dismissive of my inquiries, and overall exhibited behavior that was far below the standard of customer service I expect from a reputable establishment like KFC.
As a loyal customer of KFC, I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. The behavior I experienced not only tarnished my dining experience but also left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patron of your restaurant.

When I approached the counter again this time said they are ok to take order at counter as well but asked me to clear the order at automated machine which was of course not working. So finally I end up not ordering anything and they didn't offer me any help despite the fact it was completely empty and they were not serving any other customer at that time.
