The service is super slow and the food got cold due to that. The hostess has given me a standy of number "01" and asked me wait. I wasn't inform about where I need to sit and wait. I was waiting for 38 minutes. And in the meantime I asked a steward about when I'll get the food? Is it going to be served or do I need to come down. He asked you have the standy and I informed yes. He said that the food would be served at the table..
After 38 minutes I went down and self received the order. It was lying at their work station. No information was provided why it was late. I took a bite and the mood got spoiled. First wait and then the cold burger. The korean spicy paneer burger was cold. I went down and asked the issue, i got informed that the burger is still warm Sir. Then another guy told me that the food was here and we were searching for you. I said that I'm upstairs since 40minutes. And no informed me while giving the order standy that where shall I sit. They have informed me that you go upstairs we will give you the fresh food.
But the experience is pathetic. I have already faced this issue here about my order. I do not remember my order number but it was ordered at 19:05:14 with my card. The amount was 220.44 INR
I'm writing a review at 19:52 and my order still has not arrived. Really pathetic. I wish the team can get more efficient or get more manpower. Never waited for 1 burger for nearly an hour. My hunger has been spoiled. The worst decision of the day to come at this specific outlet.
It is 20:04 and I came back again because no order was delivered. Got to know that the burger is still somewhere no one can find. Then I told Mr.Sagar Das that here is the tent card of "01" and keep it and also refund the amount. Void the charge. Later on in 1-2 minutes the burger was packed as a takeaway and the money was refunded to me. I have denied that I won't take anything if I haven't pay for it. He insisted a lot to give me the refund and the burger from his side.
Finally I've took the burger and gave 220 rupees to hum, which he was not ready to accept so I offered as a tip which was accepted by him.

I met one of the employee I didn't remember her name ... Her behaviour and tone was incredibly rude ..,, she is asking me have you done your payment .. I said yes I m done few minutes before .. then she spoke me to showing payment message but due to network issues I didn't receive any msg but already money deducted from my account and I told her mam I am done with the payment ...
