on my recent experience at restaurant, Kulcha Lal Paratha Das. Unfortunately, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the overall quality of service and food provided during my visit.

First and foremost, the quality of the food was abysmal. The dishes served were not only subpar in taste but also lacked freshness and proper preparation. It is evident that there is a significant lapse in the standard of culinary execution within establishment.

Furthermore, the behavior exhibited by the staff was utterly unacceptable. I encountered rudeness and lack of professionalism from multiple members of your team. This not only marred the dining experience but also reflects poorly on the overall atmosphere and reputation of your restaurant.

In addition to the issues mentioned above, there were instances of misbehavior observed among the staff, further contributing to the unpleasant experience.

As a patron, I expected a certain level of quality and courtesy from a reputed establishment like yours. However, my recent visit has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied.

I urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns and implement necessary measures to improve the overall standards of your restaurant. It is essential to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold professionalism in all aspects of your operations.

Disappointing Hygiene Standards: Needs Serious Improvement

Visited this place recently with a few friends, and while the food taste was decent (we ordered butter naan and kadhai paneer), the overall experience was quite disappointing due to poor hygiene and lack of basic amenities.

Firstly, there was NO FREE drinking water available, which is supposed to be provided under the law (Article 47 of the Indian Constitution emphasizes public health and nutrition). Instead, we were asked to purchase small packaged water bottles for ₹10 each, which is unacceptable.

Secondly, the plates provided were in terrible condition– they looked oily, stained, and seemed like they hadn’t been washed properly. We had to wipe them ourselves with tissue paper, which turned yellow from the dirt and grease. The disposable wooden spoons felt like an afterthought and added to the unhygienic feel. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take pictures as it was dark and getting late (around 11 PM).

It’s really unfortunate because the taste of the food was actually decent, but the LACK OF CLEANLINESS and being FORCED TO BUY WATER left a bad impression.

Restaurants must prioritize hygiene and provide safe, clean dining conditions. Also, forcing customers to buy bottled water instead of offering clean, free drinking water is not just unethical but could be reported to FSSAI.

Kulcha Lal Parantha Das Karan Dua Street Food By Dilsefoodie Dil Se Foodie i strongly suggest not to visit specially branch of Kulcha Lal Prantha Das sector 7 near harish backery, most unhygienic food, no taste, even the staff was unsupportive , they openly asked tip for faster service, initially i forgot to ask the person's name who took my order, we waited for 20 min and went to follow up. when we asked about the order status,he said he came near our seat but couldn't find us 😅, even though he.suggested us to sit on mentioned table, when i again asked about my order , he rudely handover the plate to me and said. we don't serve on that table,you can go and cancel the order , then when I asked for my full order they refused and told me to go and eat this only . I was very angry but i was with my kid and he didn't want me to do anything that's why we walked away with the half order . they also charged me more money than the money written on the menu list.there were other staff members who were talking shit about me inside the kitchen but i didn't took any serious action becuse of my kid .
