Punjabi Dhani — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This is to apprise you that, I am a regular visitor at this place. A good ambience and very good live music played here, food is good.

No come to part which requires lot of improvement - Very less staff compared to tables positioned, if there is party going in party hall ( in basement ) ideally 1 person is rotating around the table which gives very poor service. Our order was taken after 20 mins sitting ideal.

Instead of person coming to take the order, we only have to go repeatedly to their ordering counter for further additions. This really requires lot of improvement.

Last time I visited on 19.06.2022 - I ordered Dahi ke Sholey after 10 mins person came and told Dahi ke sholey is not there hence order something else, we order other items.

Despite I am usual visitor here , I was kind a surprised with the service offered. When I reached back home and saw the Invoice they have charged Dahi ke Sholey and alternative items both ( Though Dahi Ke Sholey was not available). Immediately next day morning I called on reception they said it’s mistake by ordering person and our Manager will speak to you.

Manager called and said we will look into the matter and get back to you, after 6 days when I followed up they said you have to come here to discuss.

This is really bad bad service, engulfing the trust , So please beware at the time of final bill payment and check your invoice/bill - You may find...

We had dinner at Punjabi Dhani last night, and it was an experience worth sharing. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere.

The menu offered a variety of options, ranging from classic dishes to more creative, modern takes. I started with their paneer tikka and finger. Then cake cutting of our baby’ birthday. For the main course, we choose traditional Daal Makhani and Kadhai Panner with Butter Naan. The dishes were perfectly cooked. Also orders lemon soda & corn soup.

The highlight of the meal was the “Daal Makhani” taste is very perfect which is required to a lover of Daal Makhani.

Service was attentive and friendly, , sirca-onion full pieces are not available only opened are available which I missed and that is the only reason I didn’t give a full 5-star rating. Overall, Punjabi Dhani delivered a memorable dining experience, and I would definitely return to try other items on their menu.

Recommended Dish: Paneer Tikka and Daal Makhani. Ideal For: family dinners and casual upscale outing.

Parking:- there is no plenty of parking is available, only road side parking. But a dedicated person...

Well honestly the interiors are good at this restaurant as this is punjabi theme restaurant with statues of bhangra, gidda performing artists, and small attention to other details on interiors. Food quality is also nice with quantity in portion size is optimum.

The food is bit pricey compared to area / location its located.

Both Non Veg and Veg food is served here, and good.

The restaurant area is very small, and AC cooling is troublesome. Live music is available here. But since place is very small so it becomes very noisy and you cant enjoy discussions with your family. One can become irritated with raised noise levels, and the staff doesn't bother to control also on repeated requests by customers. The place becomes very crowded when full. In such situation avoid company with pregnant women, small kids and elderly patients with complaints heart disease.
