Pakwan - A Royal Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Very bad experience of dinner yesterday 11th June 2018..we have ordered tawa chaap with gravy from Pakwan by swiggy when the half of the dinner was over we found a earthworm in my child bowl of chaap..we were shoked to see and feel like vomiting ....then immediately informed the swiggy helpline no the female was apologized and ask me to hold the line to speak with the Pakwan manager but when no one picks up the call then she recommended the same amount coupon or the fresh chaap as a return .so we ask for the fresh chaap because the delivery boy can see the food condition..the delivery boy came and took the picture of the food n confirm us that he will show the same to the owner of Pakwan..but till today we have not received any call from Pakwan..who is responsible in this situation swiggy or Pakwan ? Why swiggy appolozied for the same ? Why not Pakwan? Now I'm planning to do a case in consumer court...I have the pictures and...

We are visiting here from years, the food is amazing and always more than expected. Recently we hosted our event in their banquet. Again food was really good everyone loved it. But the only this was that the ambience was worst all the walls and ceiling are stained and was looking very very dirty which spoiled all the photos. Plus they don't even allow decoration from customer end.

Rest Most importantly there restaurant is not operational anymore so please do not visit without giving...

I visited yesterday on my anniversary as well valentines day ..I visited many times before but the food was pathetic this time ... snacks served was good but thalli they serve was not good . They were serving different thalli to different table .. how this is possible. It spoiled our mood .. we will surely not visit this restaurant again . After complaining no one take action . Paying 2000 for a dinner but no service from the restaurant side .. I will not suggest to...
