"I'm disappointed with my experience at this establishment. The touch screen billing system frequently malfunctions, making it frustrating to place orders. Payment issues are also common, and the staff's inability to resolve these problems efficiently is concerning. While the seating and air conditioning are decent, they're not particularly comfortable, leaving much to be desired.

The food is average, and I wouldn't expect it to be freshly prepared. Given the issues with the billing system and staff support, I wouldn't recommend this place to others without caution.

Mc donalds was used to be our favourite and yesterday we decided to dine in at Reach mall gurgaon branch. They have tried to automate the order process but their machines were not working properly. Kitchen was such a mess and they are understaff. The person who was taking the payment was also going back and checking the orders, making french fries and serving water leading almost 20 people standing at the reception. Almost 50 burgers were already lying at their counter but they were not able to serve them to the customer, mc puffs were lying inside the kitchen opened attracting mosquitoes. Very unhygienic staff and messed up operations.Also, just infront of us they served one vegetarian customer chicken wrap!! You people should either close this branch or better...

This particular outlet functions in a manner that is totally opposite to what fast food actually implies. Whether you order from inside the restaurant or via the drive through, you have to wait for long for anything you order. If you are in the drive through, be ready for impatient customers starting to honk at you out of frustration. The only healthy option I find here is the Mc Egg with a whole wheat bun that a vegetarian person consuming eggs would find. The paneer wrap is extremely spicy which was not the case several years ago. However, I am addicted to their hot brew coffee. No one beats that...
