Mojo Pizza - 2X Toppings — Restaurant in Gurugram District

WORST SERVICE EVER! The rider took the order at 10:16 and was around our location at 10:30 (100m away) when called and asked when will you reach he said in 10 mins. After 10 mins when I checked he was at another location, when called and asked he said “petrol le raha hun” and there’s no petrol pump near our area. Contact customer support and told them I won’t accept cold food they gave me 100 rs back I MEAN SERIOUSLY!! I wasn’t looking for it. Even after 1 and half hour the order didn’t came. When asked for store managers number none of them provided me the same. Extremely sad experience with MOJO pizza. Placed a bulk order for an office party which was accepted by MOJO pizza. After 1 hour, when I called up customer care, I got a reply that they will not be able to deliver the order and cancelled my order. This ruined the party which I had planned.

We ordered Pizza which was delivered two hours late that too at 11 pm when we finished our alternative dinner. To make it worse they delivered an ice cold pizza. Track your order was continuously displaying a fake status as Prepared and there is no customer care number to call.
