AIR By Ahuja Residences — Hotel in Gurugram District

Best location, resonably priced Super Hotel for easy access to the Delhi Metro (from where you can travel all over Delhi amd direct to city centre - get smart card to tap on and off) and easy access to all the top malls in Gurgaon and Cyber City. The rooms are modern with attention to fine detail in every aspect of the design of this hotel. Everything everywhere is designer aith no expense spared. The rooms have Alexa controls and the AC is powerful. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean and well stocked. Room service was efficient and prompt. The breakfast was the best part, particularly as we are vegetarian with strict requiremsnts. Every day there were at least 3 different hot food options, eg south indian dosa, north indian chole bhature or other similar itemsor stir fry and western style options. For the 3 days we were here, the breakfast was different every day. All the other usual.accompaniments for fresh fruit, continental options and made to order eggs and types of bread were available and even some special requests were catered for. This was the breakfast included in our package at minimal cost. The staff were helpful with loading and unloading our luggage and making our stay as smooth and comfortable as posssible. It's a new hotel. The infrastructure is good. Their air purification USP is very relevant for its location in the NCR. Service is good. Breakfast spread seems laboured, not inviting. The gym needs to be better equipped. Even after requesting the manager, water and towels were not provided. A pool table was promised at the time of check in but it seems that was a false promise! The ZEN Lounge was very nice but slightly dangerous due to the levels. There was a warning sign but visual alerts would be more effective. The staircase was a notable feature for its concept and finish. The most notable feature of the hotel are its staggered angular balconies. Wonderful concept, not sure whether they are practical considering that the hotel abuts the main MG road and the NCR pollution! I have been staying here at Air Ahuja since a month now during my transition to India. Would like to share my pleasant experience here. We as a family are really comfortable here in terms of all services. The most important factor when with family is the food Services . You step into the restaurant and you are welcomed with a really sincere smile from Mr. Kailash. He has been really kind to accomodate all our needs when food comes into picture. He has always ensured the freshness of food. Special request to provide us with non spicy food for kids and also specific changes... mention anything and he will never disappoint you. He has gone way and above to make sure we are fed well.
