Ordered twice now and have the same experience both times. I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich in their crusty wheat baguette. It came nicely packed. Here the good part ends. First bite into the sandwich and i could immediately taste the excess oil from fried chicken inside the bread. The oil had seeped inside. Moreover it tasted bitter which indicates that they might have used stale oil for frying. Secondly the half of the fried chicken pieces were extremely chewy. We werent able to take a small bite. Thirdly the website claims that the thigh pieces are deep fried and then sliced. They were infact sliced and then deep fried, rendering it chewy and crumbs full of stale oil. An absolutely scary situation with the owner Divya!! I order a salad from their WhatsApp business account and somehow the delivery guy delivered wrong order. I called the feedback number shared on Witchery’s WhatsApp chat and what followed was absolutely bizarre. The owner Divya kept interrogating where i got the number from and accused me of a false complaint. She stopped responding to my calls and texts saying that i was harassing her.
