!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE !! Visited Moti Mahal Deluxe Tandoori Trail and was beyond disappointed. The dishes were swimming in oil, which made them heavy and unappetizing, and the flavors were honestly terrible. It was shocking that a well-known chain would allow such low standards food. ALSO THEY DIDN'T FELT APOLOGIES OR GIVEN A DISCOUNT, Farak nahi padta unko, NOT SURE HOW THEY GET HIGH 5* FAKE RATINGS, On top of that, the noise was unbearable, and the staff seemed to give extra attention to certain 'regulars' family members of owner, while the rest of paying customer felt ignored. It’s like the place was more of a family gathering spot than a real restaurant. I will never go back, and I’ll be telling everyone in my circle to avoid this location Poor food and Ambience 0* 👎

I see a lot of positive ratings may be they are for dine in but my takeaway experience was terrible . Moti Mahal is a trusted name so I went there but this one is a black spot . My entire order was packed absolutely Cold, Rumali roti was packed untosted. Never try Paneer Ajwain - uncooked paneer with some Ajwain seeds attached with some Cream - tasteless . Roasted Chicken came with some Gravy. It's not worth the money they charged. I think they just picked and packed food from the party happening on their lawns. This palace is Disappointing !!! BIG NO

A family get together was organised by us, in the restaurant where Less than 30 people were present. Our experience was not good The service was very slow and highly disappointing. They took the booking before 1 month with all the items to be served in starter and main course, even time schedule was fixed for it. But the staff was not serving the items as per our booking and were not cooperating. The water supply in the washroom was not available and our guests were facing the problems to wash the hand. When this was brought in the notice of staff, after a heated argument, it was restored after 1 hour. We being the host were put in a very embarrassing situation.
