!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE !!

Visited Moti Mahal Deluxe Tandoori Trail and was beyond disappointed. The dishes were swimming in oil, which made them heavy and unappetizing, and the flavors were honestly terrible. It was shocking that a well-known chain would allow such low standards food.

A family get together was organised by us, in the restaurant where Less than 30 people were present. Our experience was not good The service was very slow and highly disappointing. They took the booking before 1 month with all the items to be served in starter and main course, even time schedule was fixed for it. But the staff was not serving the items as per our booking and were not cooperating. The water supply in the washroom was not available and our guests were facing the problems to wash the hand. When this was brought in the notice of staff, after a heated argument, it was restored after 1 hour. We being the host were put in a very embarrassing situation.
