Mr. Sandwiches — Restaurant in Gurugram District

we used to visit when we were posted in gurgaon... in2021.. it was awesome in taste and service then... with the same expectation we visited again today and came a long way from Noida... but I think cook is changed... taste of pasta was below average... first the served what was not ordered...then convinced us to consume it... Even billing was done wrong..they charged extra .. we thought it was a calculation mistake.. but when we highlighted it... they started arguing that they put extra veggies in pasta without our information... Overall kuch v chl rha hai... No clarity at all... without bill...

Pathetic services and the owner itself has no idea how to talk with the client. He has pathetic and rude behaviour. Pitiful experience and poor services. They don’t ready to accept the mistake they have done in the food which we ordered from Zomato. They don’t follow the instructions given while preparing the food and do not received the customer calls also. And if you complain then the owner will give you the answer that we have other work also and not here to attend your calls. Worst experience i had with Mr Sandwiches...

Earlier a year ago they used to serve some delicious sandwiches but i went to them today prices were increased which is fair enough but the quality of Sandwiches (Paneer Makhni) it was garbage. Everyone who ate are suffering from stomachache not sure what they made. Taste was poor. Quality was Poor don’t know where the actual owners were in the morning staff is ruining his product. I was fan of his sandwich but i will never visit again after today’s experience it was ridiculously...
