I had the worst experience at this outlet and felt compelled to share it so others are aware. The staff here is shockingly rude and completely lacks basic courtesy. All I did was politely ask for extra olives, and I was flat-out told “No — with the unbelievable excuse that “management would scold us if we put any extra item.”

Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or explaining nicely, the staff member escalated it and started misbehaving. The attitude was completely unacceptable — not just dismissive but borderline aggressive. When I said I might report the behavior, the employee smugly responded with “Karlo report jaha karna ho” (Go ahead, complain wherever you want). I paid Rs. 100 more just for a few olives.

This isn’t just a reflection of a badly trained employee — it points directly to the management's failure. Clearly, they’ve done nothing to instill customer service values or even basic decency in their staff. If your staff is unafraid of consequences and speaks to customers like this, it’s a systemic issue.

To anyone considering visiting this location: go at your own risk. If you enjoy being treated poorly for simply asking for what should be a basic customization, this is the place. Otherwise, save your time, money, and patience — and pick any other Subway that actually...

Wish there was an option for negative rating. The staff is so rude and I believe subway simply hires illiterate staff because they don’t know what customer service and satisfaction means. They were using same gloves to prepare veg and non-veg orders! We waited for half an hour and when we asked the staff about our order they said- “hamare paas enough orders hain aapko jaana hai to jao”! Didn’t expect this...
