When it comes to “HYATT”; Excellence, Luxury Class, Opulence and Lavish Buffets instantly flashes in your mind. This is what our last Sunday Brunch showcased at their newest and beautiful property in Gurugram, Udyog Vihar.

The Gallery Cafe at the Hyatt Place, brings you closer to the  serenity with a touch of Elegance and Bliss with the warmest hospitality. Located amidst lush green exteriors of the surrounding secluded zone, you will be amazed once you discover this Hidden Gem of Gurugram. And we are so glad that we have this beautiful “Picture Perfect” property to offer Laziz Affair to their Residential and Open-house Guest.

As the name suggest, The Gallery Cafe is Huge and widely spreaded semi-formal dine-in hall located in the “The Galleria” of this property. LIT with exuberant, yet subtle interiors, The Decor is eye-catchy and majestic to welcome and cater Guest from corners of the world. I personally loved the Semi-formal contour and seatings that taking care of the privacy, yet connecting you with the lavish buffet spread around.

Settled on the round table next to the desert counter, which was a huge temptation for us throughout the dining experience, we had a lavish luncheon, priced decently as per the spread offered.

This is what we tried from the Buffet and Ala Cart. The best part is that they customize it as per your taste and preference. The Grub started with Mocktails we tried and that included Spiced Guava Mojito, Pina colada and Gondhoraj Iced Tea. The Gondhoraj Iced Tea is a unique and must try drink that highlights the Bengal element Gondhoraj with goodness of Freshly Brewed Tea with subtle lime Flavors. Highly Recommended ✌️.

The Buffet had array of dishes, but I loved and suggest to Try their Meen Moyalu (Pork with vegetables), Khao Suey, Mutton and Pork Sausages, Malaysian Sambal, Baked Vegetables, and not to miss their Live Desert counters preparing Freshly done Waffles, Crepes, Ice cream cones. Deserts are first love for me and you will love the Sinful spread.

We also tried few of their Hot sellers from the Ala-Cart and Highly Recommended ✌️.

Potli murg: This dish was a treat to eye and a delicious makeover of the Authentic old styled Chicken cooked in Dum of a Potli Kulcha, cut and served sizzling live in front of you. You will be in love with the aromas and Flavors that spreads out once the potli is opened in front of you.

Grilled fish in lemon butter sauce: Although this dish can never go wrong anywhere, but this was exceptionally good. The white flaky super moist fish was so well served topped and on bed of this fingerlicking lemon buttery sauce. Heavens on Earth 😍😍.

Lamb Ravioli: Extremely delicate, yet flavourful lamb mince made this Ravioli heavenly good. In love with this one. Delicious ❤️

Vietnamese Roll: These Buttery flaked crispy rolls had a lovely and moist filling that just melts in mouth.

Kolkata Chaap: A tantalizer from the south region of India, this was highlighted with beetroot and south Flavors.

Chicken Stroganoff: Served with Greek Salad and herbed rice, this dish was curated so well. Balanced flavours and really good texture.

Purani Dili styled Fried chicken tossed in butter and masalas: This starter is not to be missed as it will remind you of the Authentic purani Dili preparations, spices and Flavors. You will love this one.

Cheese Toasties: These beautiful crispy Toasties were oodled with cheese and spinach. Crispy yet, oozing with melt-in cheese these will be loved by cheese lovers.

Hyatt place has recently launched their new menu and I was there to try their signature dishes. Firstly the hospitality of Hyatt is superb. The courteous nature of staffs and the warm gesture had all my attention. When you go out for dinner In a fine dine restaurant then this is one of the factors you keep in mind. Moving on to the food I tried. The starters served were packed with unique flavors. From Chicken Satay to Devils chops everything was absolutely yummy. In main course you can’t afford to miss their Butter chicken. Oh boy it was truly lip smacking. In dessert I tried crème brûlée which was flawless.

Overall totally loved...

Yesterday i visited with my friends and try their newly launched delicious and amazing dishes . just love their all the starters . I would like to recommend to try the following dishes
