Subway Eros Mall — Restaurant in Gurugram District

As someone who’s been going to Subway for 15+ years, this outlet is why I will NEVER go again. They’ve basically decided to scam customers by telling lies and saying there have been ‘changes’. Refused to put any vegetables in a normal paneer sub, saying this now comes only with paneer. Vegetables will ‘spoil the taste’ it seems. We’re not idiots guys, seriously. When I created a scene the server got nervous and asked me to return my sandwich so he could add the vegetables at ‘no extra cost’ - as if I was supposed to pay extra to begin with! We were done with their nonsense by then and basically walked out with the saddest, most disgusting meal after paying full price. I had to give my sandwich to a dog because I just couldn’t tolerate it. Congrats Subway, you saved 10 rupees worth of tomatoes, cucumbers, olives etc. Hope it gives the much needed bump to your bottom...

I've had multiple bad experiences from this outlet. One time I showed the guy a sub from zomato and told him to make me the same he then made me a sub and charged double the amount and said sorry sir the same sub is available with us anymore so I made you another same sub just more expensive. There have been 2-3 instances where I've felt that the staff just want to charge you extra by not providing enough details and later showing bigger bill then what was asked for. It's only healthy option in the mall and I've gym above this store so had to visit here sometimes to get some pre/post workout salad. I eat from subway alot. Like 4-5 times a week . Specially this outlet has some serious issues. They dont know how to make a salad. They added rock hard burnt egg on my salad. I got it delivered it via swiggy late at night....
