Please avoid!!

Yes, I am talking about a hotel based in Gurgaon Regenta suites. I would definitely recommend you to avoid this property even though they may have the spacious room in the city, but the service and the quality food is absolutely pathetic. Don’t be surprised if you find a fully rusted nail in your Palak paneer, or you puke your food out by the end of the day after eating breakfast and dinner in their hotel.

It does not matter and it is not important to them. They will ask me what can we do for you and they will offer an ORS packet and the DM - hospitality graduate will argue with an MBBS - my father on potential causes of the health condition. And all they will say, what can do but when but when they are actually supposed to offer cleaning the vomit 🤮 of guests laundry and deliver to the customer who has got who has puked out all the food he ate and the last 2 meals Dinner last night Breakfast in the morning Dinner room service

The hotel management will look for loop holes and mention cos you are eating from other eateries too so they aren’t responsible but they will immediately charge you for dirty towels from the event.

If you are doing an event, get ready to pay premium prices and always stretched rates, and a new rule every time you ask for a service . Even including vendors cos they beg to customers as hotel is charging massive margins to the decorators to anybody doing events into the hotel and the policies of the sales, events and general manager changes every now, and then, as at one point the organiser gets free room and next point the GM will come back and say that no such policy exist so you have to pay a reduced price as the rules tend to fluctuate with every meeting and the information is pushed to TAKE IT or LEAVE IT.

THE SALES: EVENT MANAGER for her personal gains will visit the city of my event organiser. However, as the host family arriving or staying in the property she didn’t even have the courtesy or professionalism to meet the GROOM family or ask any feedback for the 3 nights we stayed at the property neither did any management member from the HOTEL.

She- the sales manager will sell you a presidential suite to host an event and after event detailing confirming the event type and the number of people to be present, but even 30 minutes later to the agreed date and time they won’t send you chairs because all of a sudden there is a new change in policy and now food and beverage team shared only 5 chairs is allowed to for a 40-45 packs event., So, as a HOST you have to lift the chairs from the suites and arrange yourself the venue so that you can begin your event as neither the general manager, sales manager, or anybody in FnB seems to care about it or even discussed after the payment is done.

All they care or push is payment is done ASAP AND all the miscellaneous charges of 2-3 soiled towels are paid during our stay but when is comes to their service irregularities there is no such probability.

So if you are somebody who is adventurous and doesnot care about reading this review. Please go and experience adventure, vomiting steel, nail food and absolutely terrible, pathetic Service but as you are the host you have to act like this is agreed or it’s ok, and most important if you are a happy bunch of people who ignore small mistakes where the mics don’t work during events ceremony, to missing chairs, then trust me you are gonna be crushed and fed nails and they wont even dry clean your laundry but return is all smudged and with stains.

Thank you and it’s shameful that such brands claim all hygienic and great quality but when they falter we as customer a have no service recovery or irregularities

I would be forwarding this to the necessary social media outlets and government channels cos there were multiple health issues during the stay ( which we ignored) but continues post check out . Also, there needs to be a clause in the contract where we are liable to pay for services the Hotel is equally liable to compensate for all the irregularities caused from...

Room size - Worth the price Good location, nearby Artemis, Medanta Services & Reception Staff - not worth the price , straight faces and untrained people Housekeeping staff are good and well trained! Room services - SLOW Food taste & variety - Degraded a lot.

We’ve STAYED HERE for like 4 TIMES. This was our 4th trip which helped us decide to NEVER COME BACK to this hotel.

There were lots of issues during our latest 2 night stay here : (with family, 3 persons)

🔺Lots of noises from the lift and fire exit nearby room 606. Couldn’t sleep the whole night. ▫️We shifted the room on the 2nd day and again that night there was loud music, loud shouting noises from people partying beside our room. The girl even stood outside the door and talked so loud, we had to complain like 3 times. (Caution: Rooms aren’t soundproof)

🔺We went to their restaurant to have dinner, I found a buffet deal on nearbuy so I told the guy managing there that I’ll pay from nearbuy so he rudely said we don’t accept nearbuy. You can’t use it! I said how can you deny when the hotel has listed itself on the platform then he was like okay I’ll confirm and later he had to approve . But how the hell he could deny? I knew coz I’ve used it in my previous stays!!! And guess what ? A SIMPLE PLAIN KHICHDI COSTS RS.470 here. 🤣 Be aware before eating here even if you’re sick! 🔺The food taste and variety is totally degraded from before. We regretted to book this hotel and their buffets.

Mentioning that this was our 4th stay means obviously we were very satisfied with the PREVIOUS TRIPS as the staff was totally different ; ▪️ the manager managed everything well, all the staff from reception to housekeeping were extremely polite and sincere and were never rude to the customers. They always kept smiling, greeted nicely and always helped in the smallest request or query! 👌🏻❤️

▪️Food was good too, the restaurant provided on request starters in the buffet, gave discounts and complimentary dessert as well.

Again, the manager EARLIER, Sujan Ganguly was amazing and very well managed the services and customer requirements. We were very happy with the stay PREVIOUSLY!

A staff named Krishna, did try to fulfill all our requests during this pathetic stay, he put his best efforts but their were lot of degradation as we’ve seen a better version of this hotel .

I wouldn’t call it worth a 4-star, Yes the rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained but only the prices were of 4 star. We had a lot of trouble during our 2 night stay. Even the buffet had no variety of breakfast or main course. Starters do not even exist !!! Same desserts everyday! Wouldn’t recommend regenta for a...

It was Roka ceremony of my daughter and this is supposed to be the first auspicious pre-wedding function for any matrimonial alliance. We were handled by Mr Ram F&B Manager and were assured all the time of 100% amazing service throughout the function. But these were all false commitments and we had to face the humiliation.

The kind of hospitality and food they offered us at the time of trial was entirely different from what we were served at the time of booking.

Our function was supposed to begin at 6:30, the guests had already started arriving and to our surprise the snacks were not ready. We were promised for two to three flavours of real juices and none was served except the regular cold drinks which we had categorically told them not to keep. There were two mocktails they had promised which were just kept at the table in dispensers and was served only to the ones who asked for it. We were so humiliated by the service. The Manager told us that there will always be a captain along with his team who will be beside and around us to cater to our guests, on the contrary there was nothing of this sort experienced.

The ACs were not working properly and it was too hot where the Chat counters were installed, it was very difficult for anyone to stand there and enjoy chaat. The moong dal chilla batter was stale and the chillas definitely very bad tasting. The deserts served to the exclusive family at the main table were pathetic....I mean the jalebis, the moong dal halwa was the worst we ever had in our lives.

The entire function got ruined and we had to apologies to our guests for all that happened.

We thoroughly felt that it was the worst decision of our lives to host this very first function of our daughter with Regenta Suites Gurugram. They take 100% of payment before the function starts because even they know that they will not be able to handle such parties.

A BIG NO TO REGENTA SUITES GURUGRAM FOR ANY CELEBRATION OR...

Regenta Suites in Gurugram, Sector 49, is a fantastic value-for-money hotel that offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel is ideally located, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a focus on hygiene. However, the bathroom is a bit small, giving it a somewhat cramped feeling, and could use more space. One drawback is the hotel's policy of not allowing outside food, but given the prime location, it’s easy to find a variety of dining options nearby. The hotel is situated next to a two-floor mall with a range of eateries, including a Haldiram on the ground floor, and there are also pizza and cake shops within walking distance, so food options are never a problem. Despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel provides great value for money. Its proximity to the Holiday Inn and the vibrant local food scene make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Gurugram. Overall, I would rate Regenta Suites a solid 4 out of 5, and it remains one of the best places to stay in the area.

The location of the hotel is nice...in the sense, there are few places nearby to shop, eat, etc. The rooms are decent and equipped with a microwave and the best part is the balcony attached to every room. They have a swimming pool in the terrace which is too small for swimming but good enough for kids and adults alike to just sit and relax. Coming to the areas of concern, their services is slow beyond imagination (at times). The basics have to be told and reminded as well...for eg. replenishing the kitchenette or toiletries. Food is definitely an issue. They have an ok ok spread for breakfast and they were open to feedback however inclusion of other stuff seemed unlikely due to the customer base. The in-room dining menu is sad and most of the non regular items are not available. Unfortunately, they have also mentioned that outside food is not allowed and customers are required to sign a declaration to that effect during the check-in. (Personally I think they should remove this ridiculous condition or improve upon their menu).
