Thalassery Restaurant — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Absolutely horrible service. I got the order delivered online and directly ordered from the restaurant by calling. They gave me a huge bone piece covered in just masala’s to make it look fat with no meat, in the chicken biriyani. Just one small wing piece and an egg to add alongside masala’s just to increase the weight.

While eating, (of course) I realised that the huge piece does not have any meat in it. When contacted to the restaurant; they chose to block me instead of addressing the concern stating I realised this after I started eating and should’ve told them before. Do they expect me to check if my chicken has meat before I start eating? -2 for logic.

Nice & authentic South Indian restaurant and quite reasonably priced. Service could have been little bit faster. Over all its a good place to eat. Have ample seats for dine-in. Hygiene can be an issue if you are that much hygiene conscious. Edit after owner's reply - I have not visited restaurant only on Sunday. And on both the days tables were not tha clean neither the washbasin's tap was working. One more thing it took more than 40 mins just to give the takeaway order which if otherwise I would ordered thru zomato and applying promos could have been delivered to me in max 20 mins and Rs160/- less. And thus thing I have already shown to the owner at restaurant also. So guys if you can order from zomato please go...
