Very poor experience They are spoiling the reputation of Medanta Medicity They dont have menu for details of pizza displayed The prices charged is not transparent Not having minimum staff even Inexperienced staff at counter will spoil your entire mood and experience. And surely nobody in pizza hut is going to take any action to improve situation. So if u love pizza better you resist your carve for same at this outlet and try somewhere else. In case u dont have any other option as its at medical facility centre and u cant move out then please bear.

Lastly one star is also very high.

They will charge more than displayed board. Nowhere In there board mentioned taxes or other charges extra.

Staff was not present at the counter at my visit, I had to enter the kitchen and call the staff out as they very busy talking. Extremely casual attitude of the staff and all items from the menu are available all the time especially the desserts. Beware before you guys try it out.

I tried the supreme Garlic Bread and it was just okay. It was Rs. 30 extra from the normal garlic bread due to chili's and onions. But the onions were too less. I feel the normal garlic would have been the better choice. Although the taste was fine, garlic bread was cooked well. Lastly, I feel that the pizza's are a little overpriced.

The only outlet I came across that does not accept UPI payments. In my case, I only bought a large Pepsi to accompany with my sandwich and it was just sugar water. Even after changing the drink to 7UP the fizz level was below average.
