The Burgers Nation — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Had an absolutely awful experience. Firstly the restaurant has hardly anything in stock, they have 4 types of pastries in the menu and had nothing in stock. We had gone with our 2.5 year old toddler and she was hungry, so we decided to give the place a try and ordered a plate of French fries. Another unpalatable dish, extremely salty and oily and our toddler who loves french fries refused the same after a few bites. So we decided to buy her a pastry from a neighbouring cake shop as she was still very hungry and from whatever we had till then, we could understand that the food would be unpalatable. She was just about to have a bite of the pastry when the owner came in and very rudely announced that they will not allow us to feed her pastry from outside. FYI this is an open air restaurant and absolutely no one else was there at that time. However, my hungry child couldn't sit there for 5 more minutes and finish her pastry ( which we were forced to buy from outside as they didn't have any pastry in stock,). We even requested the owner that it was for the child and we weren't eating it but he flat out refused saying ' it would ruin the ambience of the place'. So food wise - 0 Ambience wise- 0 And also absolutely unfriendly and not for families and kids So overall a big fat 0.

I am all for local shops but any and every eatery in this market is far better than this place. Even high end restaurants make allowances for toddlers, however I guess all this particular food joint can hold onto is the ridiculous policy of the extremely rude and frustrated owner.

Would never be back and don't recommend...

Please read this before you visit this pathetic place.. I have ordered my food at 8:45 pm and they served the order after 50 mins of waiting. Then when I started eating the food was at room temperature. I informed the owner and he replied k order banne aur serve hone mein Thanda ho gya hoga.. main dobara garam kar deta hoon.. I replied k aapka kitchen saamne hai toh serve hone mein kaunsa time... then he replied k itna toh thanda ho he jayega.. believe me the food is at room temperature and he is not ready to accept his mistake.. It's my genuine request don't waste your time, money and energy on this useless place. The owner seems to be a physcho.... and he should not be allowed...
