This bakery prepares all items in-house and offers a limited seating space at present. I tried the paan pastry, which contains, after dinner, mint flavours, that gives you the feel of eating a paan. But if the owner can introduce this pastry with a betel leaf in a new avatar, the pastry can be elevated. I also tried the lemon tart, and the lemon curd tasted quite strange on the pallette on its own. But when eaten together, it gives a good taste. I also tasted the naankhatai from their sample box. The naankhatai is actually very soft and just melts in your mouth, but I could taste the raw flour on my tongue after swallowing it. Robins Bakery has just opened about a month back and I must say that this is the best Bakery in sector 46 so far. We have 3 birthdays in November and all the 3 cakes came from Robin's Bakery. One was Black Forest, then Chocolate Truffle and Triple Heaven. All were supert tasty and classy. It is evident from taste that high quality ingredients are being used.
