I purchased a Kaff Hood Albury DHC 90 from the AAO JEE Store Chandigarh 1.5 years ago. The product failed, but the company's service is the real scandal.
For over SIX WEEKS, my chimney has been broken. Despite being under warranty, Kaff's support team demanded an advance payment of ₹4,400 to begin repairs, which I paid, hoping for a resolution.
That was a grave mistake. After taking my money, they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No repair, no parts, no updates. The chimney remains useless. This is not just poor service; it is a scam. They take money from customers under false pretenses and then vanish.
The consequences are devastating. Without a functioning chimney, grease and smoke from cooking are systematically destroying my new kitchen. The paint is blistering and yellowing, and my expensive new cabinets are coated in a permanent, sticky layer of grime. The damage, which now requires thousands to rectify, is a direct result of Kaff's negligence and their fraudulent practice of taking advances for services they never render.
I hold both the AAO JEE Store for selling this garbage, and Kaff Company's corporate office for this unethical and destructive behavior, fully responsible. They have taken my money and actively destroyed my home's value.

The technician, Umesh Kumar, showed up and after “installing” (which was basically nothing since I’d already pre-installed the pipes), he demanded Rs. 1,940 for what he called “installation and warranty charges.” No invoice, no receipt – he said the company would send it. Turns out, when I called customer care, they claimed it was for “pipe charges,” but he didn’t provide or install ANY pipes! This is straight-up fraud!
I’ve been chasing them for a refund, but their customer care is a joke – endless holds, scripted responses, and no resolution. It’s been a couple of days since the installation on October 15, 2025, and still nothing. Kaff is clearly running a scam operation, preying on customers with dishonest technicians. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable brand. I’m taking legal action and reporting this to consumer forums....

THESE WERE NOT STABLE AND HAD THE RISK OF SPILLING WHICH COULD CAUSE SERIOUS MISHAPS. A COMPLAINT WAS LODGED AND THE MECHANIC AGREED THAT THIS HOB IS NOT MEANT FOR UTENSILS WITH CURVE BOTTOMS. NO WHERE WAS THIS MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATIONS. I HAVE REQUESTED THE DEALER TO REPLACE THIS WITH A HOB NOT HAVING THESE ISSUES.
