Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I recently visited WOW MOMs outlet at sector 22 market with high expectations, only to be left thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the Himalayan Chilli Momos, which were priced quite steeply. To my surprise, the portion size was significantly smaller than what I would consider fair for the price charged. It felt like I was paying a premium for a subpar quantity, which left a sour taste in my mouth even before I could savor the dish.

Furthermore, my experience was marred by misleading information regarding their combo offer. When I inquired about the combo deal, I was told that not all items listed in the combo were available. Instead, they offered only a few selected items. This felt like a bait and switch tactic, where they lure customers in with the promise of a comprehensive combo deal but fail to deliver on it.

Overall, WOW MOMs needs to improve both the quantity of their servings and the transparency of their offers. Customers deserve to get their money's worth and be treated with honesty. Based on this experience, I’m hesitant to visit again or recommend...

Taste-wise, the food is okay but not consistent; sometimes it’s fresh and flavorful, while other times the momos feel a bit dry or overcooked. The service is average — staff is polite but could be a bit more attentive. Seating space is limited, and cleanliness could definitely be improved, especially during rush hours. Prices are slightly on the higher side compared to local momo outlets, but it’s fine for an occasional visit.

Wow! Momo serves various fusion of Momo. From just a normal Momo - to burger momo. They have everything, their Momos are expensive compared to roadside Momos which are easily available. But their Momos have taste and trust that you are eating a genuine non-veg (Chicken). As sometimes it's hard to accept that you are eating chicken meat only from roadside vendors. This shop remain open till 10 PM.
