Gurukripa Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Gwalior

My previous experience was good in this restaurant but recently I visited here on 10th March 2023 and found that it has also become like other average restaurants of Gwalior where people have to wait for 25-30 minutes for having their food watching others faces. Although the food was Ok for me but I had to wait. There was also a big mistake in billing where they added 4 more Rotis in my bill. I had to tell them to resolve it, would like to check once again in future are they improving or not?

As I said, I again visited here on 20th October 2024. This time they have opened the new restaurant in front of Trivedi Nursing Home, Nai Sadak ,Gwalior. The food test was amazing and with the very fast service. They have improved a lot for sure. Again visit here and check in future. I will taste their fast...

Today I went to their restaurant to order a Paneer butter masala as a takeaway and before I ordered I asked the women on the counter what's the quantity I'll be getting & she said 500ml, after receiving my order I went home and out of curiosity i compared it's quantity whether it is exactly 500ml or less and it TURNS OUT it was 400ml approximately, I ALWAYS THOUGHT that the owner is Honest and would serve me right BUT I WAS WRONG, he is a Dishonest Man and so is his staff, I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT HIS...

This is the review for their new restaurant opened just infront of Trivedi Nursing home. I went on 18 April 2023. The food was ok but you need to tell the manager and waiter for every single thing and they look helpless infront of crowd. I mean the restaurant should work on management side. I ordered for parcel after having food they looked confused who ordered the parcel. Although they were covering the service side by giving free Paan to customers.
