Must Read Honest Review I keep ordering pastries cake patty etc. From swiggy and zomato from this Cafe 1st I would like to mention about 3rd or 4th order on every single order 1 gave 5star or 4star as per quality and taste very honest every time. But on my 3rd or 4th order from zomato I ordered 1 Butterscoth pastry 1 Chocochip Pastry and 1 Choco truffle pastry I loved all pastry except chocochip because in chocochip there is some kind of smell coming so I didn't eat that one and complaint about the same on zomato and they transferred my call to this Cafe and manager told me on your next order we will give you 1 extra pastry then I gave 5 star honestly because I am got 1 extra pastry. Then next time I ordered 3 Chocochip pastry because I trust anuraag Cafe and I paid for 3 pastry but got 4 pastry then I taste that one that was amazing in taste rated again 5 star. But now today I ordered 4 Aloo Patties and 2 Chocochip pastry and 1 Butterscoth Pastry. I didn't eat pastry till now when I am writing this review but out of 4 aloo patties 1 is bad in taste aloo is smelly so I call anuraag Cafe just let them know I don't ever think of refund or extra patties this time I just call them so that from next time these kind of issue doesn't happen.

Now 1 lady pickup call she call himself as owner but sorry to say but according to language of lady she is not a good owner. Talking with me rudely and doesn't even listen what I want to say told me that patty is baked now just 2 hours before I told her madam listen and then she cut call. Very very bad owner manager is good but owner lady is bad.

I am attaching those smelly aloo picture with this review so that they can see I am not joking. My parents stopped me from going in Cafe or else I will show her those aloo very rude not...

Started with arrogant behaviour of the lady who was at the billing counter when we asked about the cake and she said" neeche to pada hai ap dekho to sahi pehle" Then we sat down and ordered some food. There was only one guy who was taking orders which started arguing with us as we clearly mentioned him to get us the soups first instead of other items. We had to cancel few food items as it was not prepared in 30 minutes as mentioned in the menu. Pizza was good. Soup was good. Noodles were pathetic.At the time of paying the bill we said very politely to the lady over the counter about the issue we faced and she said hamare yahan to aisa he hota hai . I was shocked to listen that reply from that lady. I hope this review gets to the owner and he should see how the customers are being treated at the Anurag's Cafe . Never ever going to visit this cafe again. There are so many reviews like this before also but I think the staff is not interested is improving anything over there . Good luck...

I ordered a cake and they made me wait for 30 minutes, after the discussed time. Though I am a regular customer from a long time, I waited in the car outside because of the times we live in. I took the cake and ran as I was to travel.

I saw a customer come in the shop with a cake box, my wife noticed that and found that weird.

Not just the wait time, There's more... It turns out, they gave my cake to someone else, in the covid times. He came to return my cake.

Not just the probably covid exposed cake, There's more... It turns out they wrote someone else's name on the cake and just pasted a white strip on it with the correct name. I was so AWKWARD in from of the birthday girl for whom I took cake.
