Domino's Pizza | Sector 21C, Faridabad — Restaurant in Haryana

The staff was busy in their chats when i needed assistance for my order, I was standing by the counter and they were talking to each other like there was no customer. When i had an argument regarding my order it seems they took it out on my pizza annd ruined my food adding so much sauce. No one was there seems responsible service staff. And, i ordered pizza and garlic bread garlic bread was so so but they made pizza with too much base sauce that i was not able to taste cheese and toppings....and i ask them i want to add review for that so that person is like online kar lena, they don't even care about the name of brand. And i asked for glass of water at counter and she went behind and started talking to other staff while i was watching from afar and then after 5 mins she came back with a glass of water.. When i told them about the water being late they made fun and laughed behind my back. Very rude. Even at time of order they would make fun behind, i remember one male staff named Preet and i forgot the name of the...

Really bad... Sec 21 Faridabad outlet should be re-evaluated by the company.

The store manager has forgot there is something called SMILE on face.

Tables are dirty and sticky (but this is common with all fast food chains these days.... The workers don't clean table properly... Of course people should eat carefully too but then things will spill esp. when kids are there. Staff should be motivated to excel in their job)

But biggest turn off for me was the SUPER DIRTY TOILET...

It was broken, it was dirty, seat was stinky and dirty (pic attached) and above all right next to pizza ordering. So much for hygiene.

And i pity women. Because the men and women washroom was common and the seats were so dirty... No woman would ever use it.

Really shocked that a big chain like Domino's would have such dirty toilet.

Really disappointed.

Did not even felt like eating...

Its a well known food joint serving pizzas only located in the sector 21c market.Take away as well as home delivery of pizzas available here.The ambience is ok-ok.The pizzas are good but service is not that great.They offer space at the basement for small get together / birthday party also.Charges for space only for 2 hrs are around INR 1600 . Balloon Decoration n 2 staff members to serve the guests and host two games for the kids are included in INR 1600.NO gifts from their side for kids.Food and drinks are charged as per your order.The options are limited though and pizza mania not available for order for any such get together in the basement.The timings for get together/birthday party are available after 12 noon only. They have no parking space of their own but parking space is free in the market. The timngs of this pizza joint is from 11 am to 12...
