Rude restaurant manager Neeraj Kumar
On 31 evening around 9:20 PM, I placed the order for two medium size pizzas. My family had no plans to prepare dinner as we were travelling and just to be easy we ordered food from dominos.
After 30 minutes I received a call from a delivery agent that I should cancel the order as its outside their delivery area. I told him that I placed the order online and how do shall I know why the order landed at sector 5 MDC. He was not much aware and just wanted to get rid of the order. So I insisted for restaurant manager. His name was Neeraj kumar and he also stated the same verbiage. I infact gave him an option to ask the nearest branch to take the order which is sector 14 Panchkula. He should have given this option rather than me telling him. He told me to wait and he will return the call but after waiting for 10 minutes I called back and the restaurant manager said he can't help as sector 14 branch refused to take the order. I was surprised on this. I requested restaurant manager Neeraj to do something as at times we have go out of way to help a customer to feed. This restaurant was hardly 5 km from my house, he refuses for any option. He forced me to cancel the order or he will so it from his side. I was so angry and felt helpless to his behaviour as a restaurant manager in food industry. I told him that he does not deserve this position and need to learn more as how to handle such huge industry with such cases always in line. Later I asked him for his senior mobile but he refused and disconnected my call.
The manager was not working to his capacity and he did not have the quality to address such concerns and issues. He didn't had that experience to or attitude to really get involved and help a customer, after all customer service is an attitude.
I would request to dealt this issue seriously and training shall be arranged for the manager who handled my case.

Read moreDominos is a known brand and has well established standards of pizza baking. Therefore, the only waya an outlet can stand out is location nd service.
The location is superb with good parking space around.
It is the service where this outlet lags. And the service actually begins after you take the oeder.
Before that everyone is smiling at every business place.
There is inherent problem with this outlet. You order at the ground floor and you sit at the first. When your order is ready, you go all the way to to ground floor and back.
Not thinking enough about customers eh!
You take your pizza to upstairs where no one else is there to help you with glasses or tissues. You go all the way down and ask for glasses and they say some one is upstairs.
No Madam. He must be somewhere else. I presed for glasses again.
Customers eat at a neglected place. I ate there in a summer afternoon. At least this is what I encountered.
Felt like ordering more. Take your weary legs down dragging and order again.
And repeat the process at the time of delivery.
Taking customers for granted,...
Read moreWorst outlet I've seen of domino's so far, firstly I ordered for delivery and paid online, I didn't receive my order itself and the restaurant telephone was not being picked up. Upon repeated call after 2 hours they say that the order is in restaurant and come to pick it up. Seriously why would I ask for delivery if I have to come over myself. It's been 3 days neither I have recieved my order nor they had called me to repeat the order. Restaurant manager preet himself is way too busy and not picking my calls and does not have the genoristy to call back even. Domino's India please look into this matter seriously as I have been your customer for more than 10 years but this outlet here in sector 5 mdc will bring your...
