I had a very disappointing experience with Domino's Pizza recently. My order arrived over 45 minutes late, which was frustrating enough, but what really shocked me was the attitude of the staff when I called to inquire about the delay. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or offering an apology, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, speaking to me as if I was the one at fault.

Domino's advertises a "30-minute delivery or it's free" policy, but apparently, this is just for show. When I mentioned this policy, they didn't even bother to address it properly, making excuses instead. The lack of professionalism and customer care was astounding.
